I met a 3rd cousin at the Family History Library in Salt Lake City.

I met a third cousin that I had never met before in Salt Lake City at the Family History Library.  She is actually on a mission there and lives in North Carolina.  She grew up in Escalante, Utah. Nina Mae Wilson Hill is serving a LDS mission here in Salt Lake City. She came here from North Carolina. She was born and grew up in Escalante, Utah. Simmons Philander Curtis and Emaline Buchanan Curtis are our common ancestors.

She is descended from Nancy Eltnora Curtis Hansen and Franklin Bendixen Hansen, her great-grandparents. Next is their son Scott Marshall Hanson and Elizabeth Jane Singleton, her grandparents. Next is Winifred Mary Elizabeth Hanson and Junius Robert Wilson, her parents.

I am descended from Joseph Augustus Curtis Sr. and Emma Princetta Daley, my great-grandparents. Next Joseph Augustus Curtis Jr. and Estella Olsen Curtis my grandparents, and Max Joseph Curtis and Vesta Isabella Pettersson Curtis who are my parents.

We are both enjoying the gospel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and living at this time in the latter days when the family history research is on a quick rise in preparation for the millenium and fulfilling the words of many ancient and modern prophets.
